Graciousness

I was able to practise graciousness to my school friend, Kenny today. I'm quite close to him & he confessed to me that he didn't do his part for Purchasing project even though he was given the weekends & monday to do one small part. He has always been a slacker. But have been encouraging him to move on, motivated... But you guys obviously know, when your group mate doesn't do anything, the first thing is to "wah lau...." and perhaps mark the person down in peer appraisal. Well, I can't help him too much for peer appraisal. But I'm glad that I didn't go around "eh, how come you didn't do? give you sooo many days already..." I was able to encourage him, try to help him find a solution. Well, initially I had the thought of snapping at him but I didn't. Strangely, I was reminded of Pastor (being soooo gracious about my leadership training assignment). Heh. :P

Am reading a book untitled "A Love Worth Giving - Living in the Overflow of God's Love" by Max Lucado. Interesting insights about loving your neighbour.

We love Him, because He first loved us." ~ 1 John 4:19 ~

This verse was written in a Christmas card to me from Ping Khuan. Now, it brings a greater meaning as I read the book. Wretched sinners like us are forgiven and loved by faultless & sinless Jesus Christ & God. We ought to have a greater heart of patience and kindness towards people who get on our nerves.

I feel peaceful & calm man... *grin*

Hey guys, I'm back in Singapore, from the family camp. Just for today. :D
Hurh hurh, had to go for a lesson, project meeting and to clear up some work before I can fully enjoy camp.

Camp so far? Hm, been feeling unfocused. Been running around, doing AV, looking after Felicia.
This year's camp is abit different.
1) Gerald usually do the administration part of it for us. Like writing to arrival & departure card. This time I had to do it.
2) Pastor's messages are a bit chim... still trying to grapple what he's trying to "infere"
3) It's just different. Don't know why.

Well well, 3 more days to go. I know, I know. Some of you starting to miss me already. Haha! Arh well! Oops, huilin, I forgot to tell you the number? I dont know how you can call. forgot to ask. but u can call gerald's handphone to talk to mummy if u want. but that'll be probably ard 11pm, if you wanna call. :P

Everyone in the family is fine in camp. Weiyang only came yesterday, monday.

The camp committee actually planned out some games. There were Captain's Ball & fresby yesterday. I played captain's ball for my group. REUBEN! yah.. and it's not RUEBEN. hurh hurh hurh.. felicia played fresby. GEE! It was fun.

Well, I'm trying hard to find where my heart is going. Maybe I should be like T. Chen Kee before she's married... gearing towards singlehood... but then........................................................

Yep. Family Camp commences tomorrow.

I didn't go to school today. Overslept.
Went to see doctor for my cough. Got a two-day MC. :P

Just completed my part for the marketing project.

Family camp is starting this sunday.
Quite thrilled.
The people I want to see are going to be there.

I really feel like hugging these people and tell them I love them.

I can't help it... but Justin is sooooooo cute.
I wish he's mine. But hey hey, I'm not paedo-filing.
